Surya and Telelink Business Services Supporting Women and Girls in Crisis in Honor of Women's Month

We’re happy to share another good deed accomplished!

We helped Bulgaria’s largest systems integrator, Telelink Business Services, organize a campaign among its employees to support women and girls who are victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, currently sheltered in crisis centers across the country.

The donations collected included household appliances, hygiene and cleaning products, cosmetics, shoes, clothes, and baby food, all distributed to four crisis centers in Bulgaria:

  • Crisis Center at P.U.L.S. Foundation
  • Crisis Center for Women and Children Survivors of Violence in Pleven
  • “Tarnovgrad” Crisis Center
  • Crisis Center in the village of Balvan

The company BulBel also joined the campaign by donating a large quantity of new women’s and children’s clothing and underwear.
All donations were distributed among the centers according to their stated needs.

Employees of Telelink Business Services contributed both pre-owned clothing and belongings in excellent condition, as well as monetary donations, which were used to address specific needs of the crisis centers.

The donations were personally delivered using a cargo van. Through this campaign, we provided support to 27 women and girls aged between 11 and 70, currently residing in the crisis centers, as well as to many others supported by the P.U.L.S. Foundation as part of their long-term program for victims of domestic violence.

Surya Foundation would like to thank all donors in this campaign, as well as Telelink Business Services and their entire team for their generosity and the amazing energy they brought to our shared mission for good!

This campaign is also an open call to all corporate donors:
