Berkay Rami Donates 200 New Clothing Items to Men Starting Life A new

Not all heroes wear capes. Some simply pick up the phone, reach out to us, and say, “I want to help.”

Such is the case of Berkay Rami from the city of Haskovo—a man with a big heart and an even greater sense of humanity. He contacted the team at Suria Foundation with the wish to donate 200 brand-new men’s clothing items from his own fashion brand. The total weight of the donation reached an impressive 144.5 kilograms, filled not just with fabric and stitching, but with hope and dignity.

The donation included t-shirts, sweatshirts, joggers, shorts, formal jackets, and trousers—all brand-new and selected with care. The items were delivered to our partners at the Association of Refugee Women in Bulgaria, who will distribute them to men seeking protection and a fresh start in a country that is entirely new to them. These are people who need more than just shelter—they need a sense of human connection and personal worth.

Donations are often measured in numbers—pieces, kilos, monetary value. But what these men received was much more than that: a gesture that restores dignity and inspires belief. And for us, a reminder that behind every donation stands a person who has chosen to be part of the solution.

Heartfelt thanks, Berkay—for the inspiration, for your generosity, and for touching lives without expecting anything in return.
