Successful Volunteer Cleanup in Druzhba District

On August 24, the “Surya” Foundation organized a volunteer cleanup of a green space near the 108th School in Druzhba 1 – a spot that often goes unnoticed but is an important part of daily life for dozens of families and students.

The initiative was carried out with the support and partnership of the Iskar District Administration, and brought together volunteers, local residents, and supporters of the foundation, who joined forces for the sake of a cleaner and more orderly city.

Dozens of bags of waste were collected, polluted sections of the grassy area were cleaned, and the space was refreshed so it can once again serve as a green refuge for the local community.

Caring for public spaces is an act of responsibility.
