The Surya Foundation and the Bulgarian Yoga Association are joining forces to offer children deprived of parental care not just a vacation, but an unforgettable experience filled with deep meaning.
We believe every child deserves a summer by the sea, carefree laughter, and sunny days that create lifelong memories.
Summer is also about friendships, shared moments, and a sense of belonging.
This campaign aims to support the development of emotional and social skills that will help each child build a confident future beyond the social care system.
For years, the Bulgarian Yoga Association has created warm and nurturing holidays for children from the Transitional Home and the Centre for Family-Type Accommodation (CNST) in Vratsa.
Now, with the support of the Surya Foundation, we are expanding this mission by adding a new educational component — therapeutic sessions in:
- Art and Dance Therapy
- Somatic Therapy
- Drama Therapy
- Career Counseling
- And other methods that support the personal development of young people.
Summer Missions 2025:
August 17–23: 12 children will enjoy the sea at Ravda Resort
August 23–31: 28 children will spend their vacation at Kranevo Resort
Campaign Goal:
To raise 7,000 BGN, which will cover:
- Transportation and logistics
- Pocket money for ice cream, watermelon, popcorn, and a trip to the cinema
- Experiences at a water park
- Educational and therapeutic activities
