Types of Volunteers
- Field Hero – At a checkpoint or on the square
The master of starter packs, fresh fruit, and sky-high vibes. If you can slice a banana and hype up the
crowd at the same time – you’re our kind of person. - Direction Royalty
A natural-born navigator and a champion at pointing with confidence. You manage the flow like a pro and save participants from accidentally veering off into that shady spot under the tree. - Time Machine
With a single tap, you freeze time (or at least record it). Phone in hand, focus in your eyes – you track who passed by when. - Super Operator
You’re the eyes of the event – capturing emotion, motion, and that perfect moment no one wants to miss. You chase the shot, snap the finish, and then – boom! – post it online. Without you, there’s no “Wow, I’m joining next year for sure!”

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to fill out and sign the declaration, which you can download HERE. You can either send it to us in advance by email or simply bring it with you on the day of the event.
