Yes, every donor will receive a receipt or invoice for their donation. These documents are issued automatically and sent to the email address you provide after the transaction is completed.

1. Donation Amount
2. Donor Details:
• For individuals: Full name and personal identification number (EGN).
• For legal entities: Name, company registration number (EIK), and registered address.
3. The Initiative You Supported – for example:
• Support SURIA Foundation and Our Mission
• Our Land, Our Roots
• Creating Temporary Shelters
• Supporting Victims in Crisis
• … 
4. Email Address to which we should send the certificate.

Yes, we offer an option for recurring donations. In the donation section of each campaign, you can select to make periodic contributions. We provide flexible options, allowing you to set up your donation to occur daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

   You can use your Visa or MasterCard to make a donation through UBB’s secure virtual POS terminal.
2. Bank Transfer:
   Donations can also be made via bank transfer. Please use the following details:

• In the “Payment Purpose” field, please write the cause you are supporting. If you wish to support the Foundation as a whole, write “SURIA Foundation.”

Minimal fees are applied to donations to cover transaction processing costs. The fees are as follows:

1. Percentage Fee: 1.2% of the donated amount. For example, if you donate 100 BGN, the fee will be 1.20 BGN.
2. Fixed Fee: 0.49 BGN per transaction, regardless of the donation amount.

For instance, if you make a one-time donation of 100 BGN, the total fee will be approximately 1.69 BGN (1.20 BGN from the percentage fee plus 0.49 BGN fixed fee).

It’s important to note that these fees are deducted automatically, and the remaining donation amount is fully allocated to support the cause you have chosen.
