Home with Dignity: Campaign for the Renovation of the Protected Home in Strazhitsa
The SURYA Foundation is launching a new campaign in support of a very special place – the Protected Home for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Strazhitsa, where 8 young residents.
Goodness has power when it is shared.
Thanks to the support of hundreds of donors and volunteers, over the past year we have carried out a number of meaningful initiatives:
We planted over 3,500 trees in Sofia and the surrounding areas, including 1,500 new saplings to expand Sofia’s New Forest.
We cleaned more than 130 tons of waste from critically polluted areas in the city.
We donated household appliances to a protected housing facility in the town of Strazhitsa, providing better living conditions for people in vulnerable situations.
We brought joy to over 400 children from social centers with Christmas gifts, personal hygiene kits, and school supplies.
With every small step, we are changing reality – making it greener, cleaner, and more compassionate.
We are moving forward. Because we know that goodness never ends – it carries on.

- Fixed Fee: 0.49 BGN per transaction, regardless of the donation amount.
For instance, if you make a one-time donation of 100 BGN, the total fee will be approximately 1.69 BGN (1.20 BGN from the percentage fee plus 0.49 BGN fixed fee).
It’s important to note that these fees are deducted automatically, and the remaining donation amount is fully allocated to support the cause you have chosen.
